The courtesy dock has been installed next to the bulkhead
in
front of the club.

The small boat hoist is almost ready for use. It turns so
freely, it acts like a wind vane!

More finger piers are arriving!

These are full length and almost ready to bolt in place.

We have seen this before, but in this shot, the corner
braces for this
finger pier have already been bolted in place. All it needs is to be moved into
position
and bolted on.

The pier above is being secured to the skiff with a long
plank. This is clamped
to the wales on the float and the gunnels of the skiff. They had not been doing
this step until a pier rolled upside down as soon as it had been released from
it's straps. They tend to be a little top heavy with the wood wales
and through bolts in the top.

This finger pier is closest to the club on B-dock and is
being bolted on. The fellow
in the white hard hat is Igor, the crew boss, and is from Russia. Phil
tells me he is a
no-nonsense hard worker who does what it takes to get the job done!

In this shot, the crane barge has been moved into the
fairway between
B & C docks. He will be setting the wood pilings between the finger
piers as well as cutting them to the proper height.
