The last of the sheet piles for the new bulkhead have been
installed. This is at the north end and you are looking
at the new E-Dock and the landing for the ramp.

The corner has been turned. I feel sure a piling will probably go in the corner
to which the wale will be attached. 

The bulkhead crew is adding the cap to the top of the sheet piles while
in the back, a crew is continuing to prepare the old crane base
for more concrete.

The man in the foreground is cutting a hole in the curb to allow
water to drain from the parking lot. The pipe for the old drain, which was grate
in the concrete, apparently was rusted out, as the water just spread out
beneath the surface and leaked into the water from several sources.
