The form for the new base for the crane has been erected. This will contain a
lot of concrete which is very heavy! (See rounded face of pad in foreground. 
The form was not quite up to the job.)

The new ramps going down to C & D Docks are permanently installed.

Some electrical work is being done out on the flag deck. The service light
light towers are all in place. It may be a few weeks before all of the lights
and water are connected.

The distinction of being the first boat back to occupy the new slips goes to
Jonathon, owned by Bill Gibbings. It was a pretty windy day, but she arrived
and was tied up by two-thirty.
