If you have been following this project through this web site, you will have noticed
 this past week has been without an entry. My comment on the previous entry 
about the weather possibly being a factor this week proved to be true.
 The wind blew so hard for the first few days the barge crane could not 
get back on location. Work has continued on the bulkhead, and 
they seem to have gotten into a rhythm.

The hydraulic sheet pile driver is placing another set of piles. 

The same scene is taking place on Friday. As you can see in this shot, they have turned the corner and are working toward the crane in the north parking area. In a period of about forty minutes, they had placed three sections similar to the one above.

Work on placing the new docks should begin on the 23rd.
