*Note: These levels are to be used only as guidelines.. Children who's abilities exceed a level's criteria will be moved to a different level at the Head Instructor's discretion. If your child is an Opti I, please specify if you prefer morning or afternoon class.

I fully understand the conditions under which this application is made, and give my permission for his/her participation in the Junior activities of the Hampton Yacht Club. I certify as to the ability of the applicant to jump overboard in deep water and swim at least 50 yards and tread water for five minutes. I hereby assume financial responsibility on behalf of the applicant.

Remember: A Parent's Night will be held @ 7pm on June 10th, 2008 at the HYC to Kick-off the Summer Session, introduce this year's instructor and answer questions.
