NOTICE OF RACE

HAMPTON TRAPEZE REGATTA

WHERE: Registration and launch facilities at Hampton Yacht Club, 4707 Victoria Blvd., Hampton, VA 23669. Races will be sailed in the vicinity of the Hampton Flats.

WHEN: May 17 - 18, 2008

Registration open: 0900-0930, May 17^th.

Competitors Meeting (5o5):10am

Warning, Day #1: 1130, May 17^th.

Warning, Day #2: 10:30, May 18^th.

(Hampton One-Designs are sailing Sunday only.) Please register by 9am.

RULES: The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), together with prescriptions of US Sailing, class rules and the Sailing Instructions to be issued at registration.

CLASSES: International 505, Hampton One-Design

COURSES: Windward-Leeward per the Sailing Instructions to be distributed at registration.

ENTRY FEE: For 505’s, there will be a $30 entry fee per boat for US Sailing members, and $35 entry fee per boat for non-US Sailing members. For Hampton One-Designs, there will be a $20 entry fee per boat for US Sailing members, and $25 entry fee per boat for non-US Sailing members.
